No, you will not lose them. When you refresh a job, the original posting is paused rather than deleted. If you choose not to transfer your candidates, all of the earlier applicants stay right where they are, in that paused original job.
Your candidates are safe whether or not you transfer them to the new job.
Finding the paused original
- Open Jobs from the left sidebar.
- Select the Paused tab at the top of the list.
- Open the original job to reach it and everyone who applied.
From there you can review those candidates anytime, or move them into another role later if you would like.
