Yes. You can attach a screening questionnaire to a job on the Description step when you post it, using the Screening questionnaire card. How a candidate answers it depends on where they apply from.
Applying through your careers page
Candidates who apply on your careers page fill out the questionnaire right there, before they can submit their application.
Applying through a job board
Candidates who apply through a job board are not required to complete the questionnaire during that application. After they submit, they receive an email with the questionnaire so they can fill it out.
Either way, their answers land on the candidate's profile in AvaHR so you can review everyone in one place.
