How It Works
AvaHR scans both the job description and the applicant's resume, identifying alignment in key areas such as:
- Relevant experience
- Skills and qualifications
- Keywords and phrases
- Industry-specific terminology
From there, we generate a match score between 0 and 100, accompanied by a brief summary highlighting why the candidate received that score.
