Policy
- Users may not repost the same or similar job opportunity after deleting it to gather more candidates. This includes posting the same or similar job within a short period after it has been deleted.
Definition
- Reposted Content: Any job post that is for the same or similar job opportunity as a previously existing job post on AvaHR that was deleted and reposted within a short period of time.
- Duplicate/Redundant Jobs: Multiple job posts representing a similar job opportunity on AvaHR.
Consequences
Violations of this policy may result in any of the following actions:
- Restriction from posting jobs organically with our job board partners
- Account termination and restriction from AvaHR's platform
