# Reposted Content and Job Post Duplication Policy

## The rule against deleting and reposting the same job, plus definitions and consequences.

## Policy

- Users may not repost the same or similar job opportunity after deleting it to gather more candidates. This includes posting the same or similar job within a short period after it has been deleted.

## Definition

- **Reposted Content:** Any job post that is for the same or similar job opportunity as a previously existing job post on AvaHR that was deleted and reposted within a short period of time.
- **Duplicate/Redundant Jobs:** Multiple job posts representing a similar job opportunity on AvaHR.

## Consequences

Violations of this policy may result in any of the following actions:

- Restriction from posting jobs organically with our job board partners
- Account termination and restriction from AvaHR's platform
