Your billing information lives in one place, so you can update a card, review what you have been charged, and download invoices whenever you need them.
Open your billing page
- Go to Settings.
- Select Billing to open Billing & Invoices ("Invoices, receipts, and payment methods").
The page has three tabs: Billing Details, Invoices, and Transactions.
Update your payment method
To add or change the card on file, click Update payment method at the top of the page and enter the new card details.
Edit your billing details
On the Billing Details tab you will see your Billing Name, Billing Address, and Payment Method (the card on file, or "No card on file"). Click Edit Details to change any of them, then save.
Find and download invoices
- Open the Invoices tab.
- Find the invoice or receipt you need.
- View or download it to save or print a copy.
The Transactions tab lists your charges if you want to review past payments.
Pause or cancel
Need to pause or cancel your subscription? At the bottom of the Billing Details tab, click Manage cancellation and follow the steps.
