If you cannot find one of your jobs in AvaHR, it is almost always because the job is no longer active rather than gone. Jobs that are not active are simply filed under a different status.
Jobs sit under one of these statuses when they are not live:
- Draft
- Paused
- Closed
- Changes Requested
How to find it
- Open Jobs from the left sidebar.
- Use the status tabs at the top of the list (All, Active, Draft, Paused, Closed, Pending, Changes Requested).
- Select All to see every job, or pick the status you think your job is under.
Once you find the job you can open it as usual. All of its details and any candidates who applied are still attached.
