# How to Share a Candidate
## Get feedback from teammates or outside reviewers, with the right level of access.
Sharing a candidate is how you pull in other people to weigh in on a hire, whether they are on your team or outside your company. You control how much access each person gets.
### Open the Share Candidate options
1. Go to **Candidates** and open the candidate's profile.
2. Click the **...** menu near the top of the profile.
3. Choose **Share Candidate**.
### Three ways to share
**Internal**
Share the candidate with teammates in your AvaHR account, along with an optional note. The teammates you pick get the candidate's information so they can review and give feedback.
**External**
Email a read-only link to someone outside your company. They do not need an AvaHR account, and the link expires in **30 days**. This is the right choice for a client, a partner, or anyone who should look but not edit.
**Copy link**
Copy a read-only link you can paste anywhere. Like the external option, it is view-only and expires in **30 days**.
### Where feedback comes back
When someone reviews a candidate through an external share, their feedback returns under **External Reviews** on the candidate's **Evaluations** tab. That keeps outside input right alongside your team's own notes and ratings, all in one place.
