What is an Indeed company page?
An Indeed company page gives job seekers an overview of your company culture, work environment, mission, values, and benefits. It is a way to build a strong employer identity that motivates people to apply. On average, job seekers who visit your company page are 3.5x more likely to apply to your jobs.
How to claim your Indeed company page
If you have an employer account and have posted a job on Indeed, your company page is claimed automatically and tied to your account. You can then edit and customize it to build your employer brand.
If you do not have an employer account on Indeed, you can claim your free company page this way:
- Go to https://www.indeed.com/companies and search for your company name.
- Look through the search results to find your company page and select it.
- On your company page, select the Why Join Us tab next to the Snapshot tab.
- On the right side of the page, select Claim this company page.
- Select Claim on the next page.
