Hiring Insights: Overview

What Information does the Insights Overview Provide?

The Overview section of your account Insights gives you an inside look at the statistics for all of your active job postings.

To access your account Insights, select Insights from the menu on the left.

The first tab is the Overview section. 

Here you will be able to review:

• Views: The number of times your job posts showed up in search results
• Applications: The number of candidates that applied for one of your positions
• Candidates Moved, Referred, Disqualified, and Hired: The number of times you've moved a candidate through the pipeline, how many candidates were referred, disqualified and hired. 

You can also filter the information to pull data by Date Range, Position Applied, Department, and Location. 



You can switch the graph view to Data View, Bar Chart, or a Stack.
