The Insights page is your account's home for hiring analytics. It pulls together everything the older Hiring Insights reports used to show on separate screens, so you now see what's working, what's not, and what to do next all in one place.
To open it, select Insights from the menu on the left.
Set your date range and export
At the top of the page you'll find a date range picker (it starts on Last 30 Days) and an Export button. Change the date range to look at a different window, and everything on the page updates to match. Use Export whenever you want to pull the numbers out to share or keep.
Your KPI tiles
Just below the date range you'll see four tiles that give you a quick read on how hiring is going:
- Hires: how many people you hired in the selected period.
- Applicants: how many people applied.
- Days to Hire: the typical time it takes to fill a role.
- Accept Rate: how often your offers are accepted.
The rest of the page
Under the tiles, Where your hires come from shows which sources are actually producing hires, and What changed this period highlights the movement since your last window. Together they turn the top-line numbers into something you can act on.
Ava Insights
You'll also see an Ava Insights panel marked Coming soon. When it's ready, Ava will surface things worth your attention, like roles needing urgent intervention, candidates stuck in pipeline limbo, interviews missing follow-up, and what's working well. For now it's a preview of what's on the way.
