Want to know which job boards and channels your hires actually come from? That's now part of the single Insights page, in the Where your hires come from section, rather than a separate Candidate Sources report.
To open it, select Insights from the menu on the left.
Set your date range and export
Use the date range picker at the top of the page (it starts on Last 30 Days) to choose the window you want to look at. The Export button lets you pull the data out to save or share.
Where your hires come from
The Where your hires come from section shows which sources are producing your hires for the selected period. It's the quickest way to see which channels are pulling their weight and where your best people are actually finding you.
See it alongside your other numbers
Because sources now sit on the same page as your KPI tiles, you can read them next to Hires, Applicants, Days to Hire, and Accept Rate. The What changed this period section helps you spot when a source starts sending more or fewer candidates than before.
Ava Insights
The Ava Insights panel, marked Coming soon, will help point out what's working well across your sources so you can lean into the channels that deliver.
