Connect AvaHR to Your Indeed Company Account

Indeed has introduced an update that requires employers to connect their Indeed company account with their ATS. Completing this connection helps verify your employer account and ensures a stronger integration between Indeed and AvaHR. 

We recommend completing this setup as soon as possible to maintain optimal job posting performance and access to Indeed's latest employer features.

Benefits of Connecting Your Indeed Company Account

By connecting your Indeed company account, you can:

  • Strengthen the connection between AvaHR and Indeed
  • Help ensure a seamless hiring experience

Before You Begin

Make sure you have access to your Indeed company account credentials. If you do not currently have an Indeed company account, you may be prompted to create one during the setup process.

 

How to Connect Your Indeed Company Account

Follow the steps below and reference the screenshots provided throughout this guide.


Step 1: Navigate to Indeed and click on, "Employers / Post Job"

Step 2: Click on your email address in the top right hand corner

Step 3: Click on "Employer settings"

Step 4: Click on the middle tab, "Organization"

Step 5: Scroll down and click on "Manage ATS"

Step 6: Search "AvaHR" and click "Add"

Step 7: Click "Update"

Step 8: It should now show "AvaHR" as your ATS and you're connected!
