Indeed asks employers to connect their Indeed company account with their applicant tracking system. Making this connection helps verify your employer account and keeps the link between Indeed and AvaHR strong. We recommend completing this setup as soon as you can so your job posting performance stays healthy and you keep access to Indeed's latest employer features.

When you connect your Indeed company account, you can:

Before you begin
Make sure you have your Indeed company account login handy. If you do not have an Indeed company account yet, you may be prompted to create one during setup.
How to connect your Indeed company account
These steps happen on Indeed's website. Follow them in order.
- Go to Indeed and select Employers / Post Job.
- Select your email address in the top right corner.
- Select Employer settings.
- Select the middle tab, Organization.
- Scroll down and select Manage ATS.
- Search for AvaHR and select Add.
- Select Update.
- Your account should now show AvaHR as your ATS, and you are connected.
