Two settings help place your jobs in front of the right people: your company industry and each job's category. They live in different spots, so here is where to find each one.
Company industry
Your company industry is part of your Company Profile. It describes the field your business works in, such as finance or healthcare, and stays the same across your jobs. Open it from Settings > Company Profile.
Job category
Each job has its own Job category, which you set on Step 1 Job Basics when you post a job. The field is searchable, so start typing and pick the category that best matches the role you are hiring for.
Tip: Choosing an accurate job category helps the right job boards and candidates find your posting.
