Your work email is the login for your account, and it is locked on your profile for security.
On Settings > My Profile, you will see your work email with the note Contact an admin to change your email. An admin on your account can update it for you.
If you are an admin managing who has access, go to Settings > Team Members. From there you can invite users, set their roles, and toggle access on or off.
