Want more eyes on a role? You can promote, or "boost", a job to reach more candidates. You set this up on Step 3: Distribution when you post a job, or later from a job's Advertise menu.
Free job boards (included)
Every AvaHR subscription includes free distribution. The Free job boards toggle is on by default and posts your job to 50+ boards at no cost. If free posting is all you need, just leave it on and publish.
Ava Select Boost
Ava Select Boost is a $99 one-time upgrade that gives your job featured placement for 30 days. Turn it on in the Distribution step to help a high-priority role stand out.

You can also add individual premium boards, each running for 30 days:

Review and pay
- Select the boosts you want. The Boost Summary tallies your total.
- Have a Promo code? Enter it to apply your discount.
- Click Post Job to publish and complete any payment. If your role needs sign-off, you will see Submit for Approval instead.
Tip
Already posted a job and want to promote it now? Open the job's three-dot menu on the Jobs page and choose Advertise to add a boost without recreating the posting.
