# Adding a Culture Profile

## Show candidates what it is really like to work at your company.

A Culture Profile is the "What it's like to work here" section that appears on your jobs. It is a simple way to share your values, mission, and team vibe so candidates can picture themselves on your team. You build profiles once, then pick one when you post a job.

### Open Culture Profiles

1. In the left sidebar, go to **Settings**.
2. Under RECRUITING, select **Culture Profiles**.

### Create a profile

1. Select **New profile**.
2. Choose **Start from a template** to begin with an industry example (HVAC shop, Plumbing, Electrical, Landscaping, Auto service, Dental practice, or General SMB), or start from scratch.
3. Edit the profile to describe what a great fit looks like here: your values, mission, and team vibe.
4. Save the profile. It now appears under **Your profiles**.

### Use a profile on a job

When you post a job, open **Step 2 Description** and use the **Culture profile** card to pick a saved profile. If a role does not need one, choose **No culture section**.

**Tip:** If different teams have a different feel, create a separate profile for each one so every job shows the right story.
